1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NearIRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NearIRM is an incident response management platform that provides alert routing, on-call scheduling, escalation policies, and multi-channel notification delivery.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to NearIRM.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss. See our SLA for uptime commitments on paid plans.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NearIRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow export.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
