Why We Built NearIRM
We created NearIRM because existing incident response tools felt unnecessarily complex for what most teams actually need. PagerDuty is powerful but can be overwhelming. Opsgenie has a steep learning curve. We wanted something simpler.
NearIRM focuses on the essentials: reliable alert delivery, flexible schedules, and sensible escalation policies. No feature bloat, no enterprise sales calls required, just the tools you need to ensure alerts reach the right person at the right time.
Our goal is to be the incident response tool you set up once and forget about, until it reliably wakes you up at 3am when something actually needs your attention.
